Coupled with the expertise of skilled personnel, InnoPack’s rotogravure printer is an eight color, wide (1000mm) printing machine which can deliver very high quality prints. The printing machine uses a quick drying system allowing for layering of colors quickly and effectively without smudging or color bleeding. The integrated inspection system allows for flaws in printing to be spotted quickly and corrections can be made rapidly, reducing printed errors and thus allowing for quicker runs and deliveries.

What we focus on is;
1. Detailed application of color across the width of the material. This is continually checked as it ensures the best possible quality.
2. The speed of drying. The speed is optimized for best throughput without compromising the applied colors.

Although a small amount, we discard any run material that does not adhere to our strict specification standards.
